About Us

Trident Real Estate Advisors (“Trident”) provides real estate advisory, consulting and management services to owners, occupiers, developers and investors of real estate including financial institutions, public and private corporations, pension funds, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations.  Established in 2009, Trident is headquartered in San Francisco, CA and has a satellite office in New York City. 

Trident is 51% owned, managed and controlled by two Service-connected Disabled Veterans.  Trident qualifies for the following business concern types:
